Our staff of Nationally Certified Medical Examiners focus exclusively on DOT medical examinations for all CDL. School bus, 7D and heavy equipment operators. Our mission is to give our drivers our undivided attention, teaming up with their Primary Care Physician to keep them healthy in order to obtain the best possible medical certification.
We are glad to announce that Dr. Swotinsky is now a US Civil Surgeon. We are able to provide Immigration Medical Examinations and Vaccines for I-693 and K-1 Visa. Our office staff has over 15 years of experience working with Dr. Emma and completing Immigration examination and paperwork. We are excited to be working with the community again.

Before coming in for your exam, we recommend getting a good night’s rest, refrain from having large amounts of caffeine and remember to take your medication prior to your exam.
